Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Helix Peptides website and any purchase you make through it. By using the site you accept them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter a binding contract. You must be a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research organisation.

Products

All products are supplied for laboratory research use only. See our Research Use Only Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided in good faith and believed accurate. Purity specifications are supported by batch-specific certificates of analysis. Minor variation in appearance between batches is normal.

Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may decline any order at our discretion.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes and duties. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order is confirmed.

Where a pricing or description error is obvious, we may cancel the affected order and refund in full rather than fulfil at the erroneous price.

Payment

Payment is due before dispatch except where invoice terms have been agreed in writing. Orders unpaid after 7 days may be cancelled and stock released.

Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk passes on delivery to your specified address.

You are responsible for ensuring import of research chemicals is lawful in your jurisdiction, and for any customs duties or clearance requirements.

Returns

Unopened, undamaged products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less shipping costs. Opened vials cannot be returned for safety and chain-of-custody reasons.

Products that arrive damaged, incorrect, or outside published specification will be replaced or refunded in full. Report these within 7 days of delivery with photographs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for any loss arising from misuse of our products, use contrary to the Research Use Only Disclaimer, or failure to store and handle material appropriately.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

Site content — text, images, analytical data and design — is owned by Helix Peptides. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission. You are welcome to cite our published analytical data in academic work with attribution.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. The terms in force when you place an order govern that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Helix Peptides is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
