A peptide supplier that shows its working
This category has a trust problem, and it is entirely deserved. Certificates of analysis are trivially faked. Purity figures get quoted without the method that produced them. Health claims appear on products that have never been near a regulator.
We built Helix Peptides on the opposite assumption: that our customers are scientists who will check, and that the correct response is to make checking easy.
How we operate
Four commitments, held even when inconvenient
Publish first, sell second
The chromatogram and mass spectrum go on the product page before an order is possible. If a supplier will only show you a COA after you ask, ask yourself why.
Never self-certify
Every batch goes to an independent laboratory. In-house testing may be honest, but it is not independent, and in this category that distinction is the whole thing.
No health claims, ever
Our copy describes what the literature studies, not what a compound does for you. We do not publish dosing guidance and we decline orders whose stated intent is human use.
Handle it like it matters
Cold-chain packing sized to your transit time, at no extra cost. Orders placed late on Thursday wait until Monday rather than spending a weekend in a depot.
What we will not do
- Publish dosing charts, protocols or any guidance for human use.
- Show before-and-after imagery or testimonials describing personal effects.
- Fulfil an order whose stated or apparent intent is human consumption.
- Quote a purity figure without stating the method that produced it.
- Resell a returned open vial — chain of custody cannot be re-established.
- Ship a batch that misses its specification, however late the order is.
When we get it wrong
Suppliers are judged by what happens on a bad day, not a good one. Ours is written down:
- 1Wrong item — correct one ships immediately, we cover the return.
- 2Damaged on arrival — replaced on receipt of photographs.
- 3Below specification — full refund or replacement, your choice, and we pull the batch.
- 4Batch number doesn't match the COA — refund or replacement, and we investigate.
- 5Independent assay contradicts our data — refund, batch withdrawn, everyone who received it notified.
We keep retained samples of every batch precisely so the last one is possible.
